NCG (Newcastle College Group) encompasses multiple colleges and serves a wide range of learners across the UK. Each campus has its own marketing priorities, but all work under the umbrella of one unified brand. Managing consistent design output across multiple teams and campuses presented a unique challenge.
The Problem
NCG’s in-house designer was facing a growing volume of requests from all campuses—ranging from event posters and social media graphics to course brochures and online ads. The sheer quantity of requests made it difficult to maintain fast turnaround times and high design standards, while also ensuring brand consistency across all output.
